Anthony Mancini is a financial analyst and software developer, with prior experience in Investment Banking. He holds a CFA and CAIA charter, and in his spare time creates financial software, utilizing a variety of programming languages, with a primary focus in Python, NodeJS, and VBA for Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.


My Applications

Below are a list of applications I've created. I use these applications frequently to augment the Microsoft Office suite of programs (especially Microsoft Excel, as it is a great tool for financial modeling), and to keep track of the financial markets. X-VBA

The X-VBA suite is a set of tools for the Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and the VBA programming language that add a whole host of features and functions to the Office programs. All programs in the X-VBA suite are MIT Licensed and open source, making the tools extremely portable and free to use for commercial and personal use. The X-VBA suite includes the following software:

XPlus

XPlus is a function library for Microsoft Excel which contains over 100 functions for commonly used tasks in Excel. It is written in pure VBA and is MIT Licensed, making it very easy to install and to incorporate into Excel files.

XTemplate

XTemplate is a templating tool and templating language for pulling data from Microsoft Excel into a Microsoft Word Document, PowerPoint Presentation, or Outlook Email. It is MIT Licensed, and written in pure VBA.

XDocGen

XDocGen is a utility tool and documentation syntax for easily creating documentation out of your VBA code, and works with VBA code created in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. It is MIT Licensed, and written in pure ES6 JavaScript.

XMinfier

XMinifier is a utility tool used to minify your VBA code so that it takes up less space in your workbook and makes it easier to ship your code. XMinfier works with VBA code created in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. It is MIT Licensed, and written in pure ES6 JavaScript.

XCombiner

XMinifier is a utility tool used to combine multiple VBA Modules together so that it is easier to ship your code as a single VBA Module. XCombiner works with VBA code created in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. It is MIT Licensed, and written in pure ES6 JavaScript.

IEX Sharp

IEX Sharp is a financial application for Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook which utilizes the IEX Cloud API to pull real time market data from the IEX Cloud. The applications are written in C# .NET.
